Take one super simple insight: The FatFace customers LOVE pockets and always comment positively when they see a product has them
Mixed with a great stat to share: 75% of the brand's autumn 2023 dresses had pockets
And the challenge: FatFace ranked way too low on Google Search (page 32) for dresses with pockets
All of this - made for a fun, focused and versatile campaign that was executed across organic and paid social, influencers, email, blog and web content.
The results: within two weeks FatFace got to page 1 of search rankings, we had some of our best performing (engagement) content on organic and started a new winning formula of seasonally picking a search-related challenge that felt authentic to our customer but also matched our product range. From Wedding Guest Dresses to Christmas Jumpers and more, this focus continued to perform and resonate.
